      1: How old do I have to be to buy something from Smoke Shop Guys?

      A: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase! By entering our website, purchasing or entering the store, you agree you are at least 21 years of age and have a government issued ID to verify.

      2: Is everything that's in store on your website?

      A: No, while we are updating our website's inventory everyday, all new inventory is added to the website at the same time it would be available in store.

      3: How does curbside pickup work?

      A: When we receive your order, we may contact you for more information. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order was received, and you will receive another e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. When you come to pick up your order, please have your order number ready, your state issued ID and the card you used for the purchase! If you don't have those we will cancel your order. 

      4: How fast do you ship out orders?

      A: We try and have orders out the same day or the next business day. Sometimes, we may need to contact you for more information or other issues arise.

      5: Do you offer payment plans?

      6. My order was above $50 and I was still charged for shipping?

      A: If you placed an order during one of our sales, the free shipping option may be removed. The free shipping option is only available during normal business days. If you feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us!

      7. I can only put one code in at checkout? How can I use both discounts?

      A: Because we want to offer you the best deals easily, we limit it to one coupon per transaction.

      8. I applied/tried applying a coupon, but it's not working!

      A: The only reason a coupon wouldn't work, is if one of the items added is excluded from the discount! If one of the item's price is already discounted, it is excluded. Some other exclusions may apply! For more info send us an Email!

      9. It won’t let me put a coupon code in!

      A: When we do a site wide sale, we apply the discounts to the original price for you! So there’s no need to apply one. If you have a code you would like applied to the original price of the items, we would be happy to send it to you!

      10. I Placed my order, but I received an E-Mail/Text asking for my ID?

      A: To protect both, you, the customer, and us from fraudulent transactions, we may ask that you upload a picture of you and your ID. This process is done through GetVerdict. We do not store any of your data, and we do not sell it or use it for any other purpose. GetVerdict
